Fairwarp Village Fete is organised under the auspices of Fairwarp Village Hall Committee (as custodians of the village green). A sub-committee is set up to organise the event and they report back to the village hall committee on progress.​

The fete is a traditional event and includes the following events and entertainment: 

• Arts and Crafts tent where people can enter categories from a single rose to baked goods to photography and art. There are special categories for children and families. Download the 2026 entry form here

• Grand Draw - be sure to get your tickets for some fabulous prizes

• Line Dancing

• Children's races 

• Beer race

• Fun Dog Show 

• Children's entertainment

• Bouncy Castle

• BBQ

• Indian food

• Winklestone Wine

• Three Old Birds Gin

• Beer and Lager

• Tea tent

• Ice cream 

• Fun sideshow games - coconut shy, duck hoopla, splat the rat and more

• Lots of independent and artisan stalls for you to browse and buy from

• Tug of war

The full programme is handed out free on the day to visitors.
