Christmas Eve Carol Service CANCELLED
Our usual, very popular, Christmas Eve Carol Service can’t, sadly, be held this year, because of Covid-19 restrictions. We did anticipate being able to hold an outdoor service, but have concluded, with regret, that it would be impossible to guarantee Covid-19 security in the churchyard setting. Things will be back to normal next Christmas, we hope! Christmas at Christ Church will now be as follows: Wednesday 23rd December: Church decorated for the Festive Season Thursday 24th December: 2.00pm – 3.30pm Church open for visitors Friday 25th December 9.30am Family Eucharist for Christmas (45 minutes) 10.30am All-age Christmas worship (30 minutes) Sunday 27th December: 9.30am Parish Eucharist for the feast of St John the Evangelist
